Meeting Budgets

All costs are detailed in an online proposal we’ll send you. That allows for you to select different combinations of items, recalculating automatically, until you get the ideal combination of service and cost. Here are some of the basics:

Daily venue hire is $500 for 4 hours, $1,000 for more than 4 hours.

You can include a packed lunch with tea and coffee for $15 pp or a buffet for a minimum of 30 people at $45 pp.

Morning and afternoon tea is $10 pp.

Projector, audio and other hire items/services are additional.


There’s a wide selection of hire items. Most are held on-site, which means a saving on delivery fees. For anything out of the ordinary, we’re happy to organise and hire in for you. All hire/service costs are included in the detailed online proposal we send you.
