All costs are detailed in an online proposal we’ll send you. That allows for you to select different combinations of items, recalculating automatically, until you get the ideal combination of service and cost. Here are some of the basics:

Venue fee $0-$1,000 depending on the day, with minimum spend of $4,000

Seated meals – plated, family-style and buffet $65-$85 pp

Grazing platters $25 each

Drinks package $55 pp for 4 hours or bar tab


There’s a wide selection of hire items. Most are held on-site, which means a saving on delivery fees. For anything out of the ordinary, we’re happy to organise and hire in for you. All hire/service costs are included in the detailed online proposal we send you.
